Specifications |
| Formliner Backing: |
• ¾ AC Plywood Backing is cast into each formliner for strength. This also helps in handling and
making the product easy to attach to the form.
• No backing or partial to turn radiuses.
• Hard core backing for steam beds and wet/hot applications.
|
|
|
| Fastening to Form: |
• Typically a formliner is attached to the form by a #10 grabber screw 12 inch on center (recommended).
• Fender bolts or flange bolts may be used instead of screws 16 inch on center (recommended).
|
| Formliner Rustication |
• Control Joints, Expansion, and Pattern Breaks can be dealt with in the field by ordering rustication
strips that match or accent the pattern. |
| Formliner Release |
• Because SuperCast, UltraCast, and MaxiCast are urethane tools they require a non-petroleum base release agent.
• Cobblecrete’s Fre-Form release is a water base agent that meets all EPA requirements as of June 1999.
• If form release is not supplied by Cobblecrete, please verify that the release to be used is compatible. |
